A strong base salary of $55,000-$65,000 a year based on your experience operating and maintaining our ice cream bar machine.

Supervising and maintaining our Ice Cream Bar Machine
- Ensuring the Ice Cream Machine is in good working order and be able to make the necessary repairs and adjustments, and ensuring that the machine(s) are running efficiently and producing high-quality ice cream bars
- Training a team of Ice Cream Operators.
Monitoring the production output of your team and ensuring all safety protocols are always followed.
Have some mechanical ability.
- Who are familiar with Food Safety Systems and food production
- Look to grow within the company
- Have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have direct experience leading a team
- Have a high degree of attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
Have good communication skills both written and verbal.
